Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Part-Time On-Site Estimator to join our team. In this role, you will receive remote estimates that have already been conducted and schedule on-site visits to confirm or adjust these estimates. This position offers flexible scheduling with hours based on demand, making it ideal for someone looking for part-time work with the ability to manage their own schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review remote estimates and schedule on-site visits with clients.
• Conduct on-site estimations for concrete installation projects.
• Communicate with clients to explain the value and quality of our services.
• Adjust or confirm remote estimates based on on-site evaluations.
• Ensure timely and accurate estimations to meet client expectations.
• Maintain detailed records of estimates and client interactions.

Qualifications:

• Experience in construction or concrete installation is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Being Bilingual in English and Spanish is a huge plus.
